Welcome from Sew n Gal, a seriously southern seamstress. You’ll find many hand crafted items available on my web site, http://www.sewngal.com. We construct new items and we embellish existing items. My name is Marilyn and I have a great love for sewing, quilting, creating, and all around hand crafting. I take great pride in the quality of our creations. If you have any questions about anything you see here or anything you would like to have made please feel free to contact me. We love custom orders,  special request, and no job is too big for us.

 

I have been a seamstress for 40 something years. I started when I was 6 years old making hand sewn doll clothes for my Chatty Kathy doll. The love for the craft has developed and redeveloped through to today. I feel to a large extent that sewing is a dying craft and I want to help keep it alive by passing on my knowledge and experience as much as I can.

 

Our mission is to create quality items that are durable as well as affordable. We use quality fabrics and finish seams for durability. We want your shopping experience to be a pleasure and we promise to do what we can to make every purchase a happy purchase.
